Eric has worked in business for over twenty years. He has held Vice President/Director level positions across multiple industries. Eric holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kansas City, Missouri, a Bachelor’s in Fine Art from the Kansas City Art Institute and a diploma Divinity from the Shepherd School of Ministry.

Eric is a Professor in the Living Faith Bible Institute where he has taught the past 15 years on a range of topics such Old and New Testament Survey, How to Study the Bible, Prayer and Worship and Business from a Biblical Perspective. Eric Phillips is also the Worship Pastor at Midtown Baptist Temple and serves on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer of Midtown Baptist Temple.
